Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Assistant - Nights at Horse Fair Care Home in Rugeley. You will join a warm, dedicated team delivering high-quality personal care to residents while supporting the care plan and maintaining dignity and comfort.

No prior experience required as we provide a thorough induction and training. You must be able to communicate clearly, be adaptable to cover shifts at short notice, and treat residents with respect and empathy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Support residents with hygiene to maintain independence and dignity.
• Identify and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls.
• Maintain courteous and respectful interactions with residents and visitors.
