Job summary

Moto is seeking a Barista at Medway Services, Rainham, Gillingham ME8 8PQ, to join Costa’s on-site team. Earn £14.90 per hour, with shifts from 11pm to 7am, 2–3 nights per week.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, craft drinks and toasties, keep the store tidy, and help deliver the brand’s high standards. We offer weekly pay, discretionary bonuses, specialist discounts, and funded qualifications to grow with us.

• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day

• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
