Job summary

Moto is hiring a Barista for the Knutsford site at our motorway services. You will serve Costa coffee, prepare barista-style drinks and toasties, and help deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role is a night shift (11pm–6:30am) with a supportive team, flexible working options, and opportunities for development and progression within the Moto network.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
