Moto Hospitality is hiring a Costa Barista in Reading to deliver high-quality coffee and excellent customer service at Reading Services, M4. You’ll work varying shifts (7am–11pm), about 35 hours weekly, and join a team focused on a memorable customer experience. Weekly pay, ongoing development, and strong benefits are on offer.

The role emphasizes friendly service, speed, and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces while supporting store readiness for each day’s trade.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Barista

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
