Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic Costa Baristas for our Chieveley Services location near Thatcham. You will welcome customers, process orders quickly, and produce a range of toasties and barista drinks while upholding Costa’s brand standards and delivering outstanding service on the night shift (11pm to 7am), four nights in seven with varying weekday/weekend patterns.

• Experience in customer service is preferable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade

Shifts: 11pm to 7am, 4 nights in 7, nights will vary between weekdays and weekends
