Job summary

Moto in Reading is hiring a Barista to deliver Costa’s quality coffee and top-notch customer service at Reading Services, M4 junction. Shifts range from 7am to 11pm with a mix of weekday and weekend work, totaling about 35 hours weekly.

What you'll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
