Job summary

You will coordinate productivity, monitor performance, and communicate clear expectations to direct reports while maintaining safety standards in a high-demand environment.

The role requires supervisory or team-leader experience in warehousing, strong knowledge of supply chain practices, and proficiency with logistics software.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in warehouse/logistics.
• Currently or recently working night shifts.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain practices.
• Proficient with logistics software packages.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a chilled environment.

Responsibilities

• Report on and monitor the effectiveness of warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
• Supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring deadlines are met safely.
• Track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system and maintain records.
