DHL Supply Chain is recruiting a Warehouse First Line Manager (Nights) for our new Bristol site. The role reports to the site leadership and will oversee night operations, driving safety, quality and service targets across chilled and ambient areas.

You will lead multi-site teams, coach colleagues, and implement training to ensure high performance and strong customer service for Waitrose. The position is permanent, nights 22:00–06:00, 5 of 7 days, with on-site facilities and a supportive work

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse teams.
• Ability to drive safety, quality and service targets.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across chilled and ambient areas.
• Manage multiple teams and ensure safe, efficient practices.
• Drive engagement, performance and training of colleagues.
• Monitor performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with WMS to support operational excellence.
