Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Swindon is seeking a Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our warehouse cleaning team. You will perform general cleaning and tidying of all areas, including washrooms and canteens, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.

You will be responsible for keeping equipment clean and safe, responding to client call-outs, and complying with Health & Safety policies; full training provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required as full training is provided.
• Be flexible in approach and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow Health & Safety policies.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and tidying of all areas within the warehouse, including washrooms and canteens.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and products.
• Manage waste disposal and react to call-outs from the client in a timely manner.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation and company policies; assist with safety practices.
