Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Norwich is seeking a Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our warehouse cleaning team. You will perform general cleaning, tidying and waste handling across all areas including washrooms and canteens, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.

You will help keep equipment safe and in good working order and respond to client call-outs as needed. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Basic Disclosure Check may be required.
• Drug and alcohol screening test may be requested.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and tidying of all warehouse areas (washrooms and canteens).
• Use cleaning equipment, materials and products safely and effectively.
• Ensure equipment is clean, well maintained and safe to use.
• Manage waste disposal in line with client requirements.
