Job summary

Job&Talent in Tickhill is recruiting for a Warehouse Admin Nights to support a leading logistics partner. The role offers Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend work to meet client needs.

You will manage inventory, process shipping documentation, and monitor shipments against purchase orders, while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse and coordinating with dispatchers and drivers in the Transportation Management

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role.
Knowledge of using Warehouse Management Systems.
Own transport due to site location and 40-minute driving range.

Responsibilities

Receive and update shipment statuses and check deliveries against purchase orders.
Manage inventory through scanning, labelling, and organizing items.
Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers while entering load details into the Transportation Management System.
Manage bills of lading, shipping manifests, and proof of delivery forms.
