Job summary

Job&Talent in Tickhill is recruiting for a Warehouse Admin Nights to support a leading logistics partner. The role offers Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend work to meet client needs.

You will manage inventory, process shipping documentation, and monitor shipments against purchase orders, while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse and coordinating with dispatchers and drivers in the Transportation Management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role.
• Knowledge of using Warehouse Management Systems.
• Own transport due to site location and 40-minute driving range.

Responsibilities

• Receive and update shipment statuses and check deliveries against purchase orders.
• Manage inventory through scanning, labelling, and organizing items.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers while entering load details into the Transportation Management System.
• Manage bills of lading, shipping manifests, and proof of delivery forms.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Admin Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role involves managing inventory, processing shipping documentation, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 22:00 to 06:00
• 37.5 hours per week
• Occasional weekend work when required by the client

Pay rates:

• 14.43 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Admin Nights:

• Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role
• Knowledge of using Warehouse Management systems
• Must have own transport due to the site location and lack of public transport
• Must be within a 40-minute driving range

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin Nights:

• 3-6 months experience in a similar role
