Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics in Rotherham is seeking a Warehouse Operative for our National Distribution Centre. You will help receive, store, pick and dispatch parts, maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role includes forklift/pallet truck training, spread across a 18:00–02:00 shift, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for progression and access to the Parts and Perks platform.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic IT skills for data entry and scanning tasks
• Physical ability for lifting and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check incoming goods for quality and quantity
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet trucks and forklifts)
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain inventory records
• Assist with loading/unloading of delivery vehicles
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets
• Report discrepancies or safety issues promptly
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
