Keys Group in St Austell, Cornwall, is seeking a dedicated Wake Night Support Worker to monitor residents through the night, ensuring their safety and well-being in a rural Supported Living setting.

You will work full-time on night shifts, providing discreet care, assisting with routines, responding to incidents, and maintaining a calm, secure environment for four ladies living in a converted barn and annexes nearby local amenities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle due to location of role.

Responsabilités

• Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
• Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
• Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
• Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.
