Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking compassionate night support workers to join a dedicated team in the Alfreton area. You will provide waking-night care for residents with mental health needs and learning disabilities, maintaining a safe, calm environment and promoting restful sleep.

Duties include discreetly checking on residents, updating night logs, helping with light tasks, following care plans, responding to disturbances, and preparing the morning handover.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in care roles with vulnerable adults preferred.
• Comfortable working night shifts (10pm–7am).
• Ability to follow personalised care plans and document care activities.

• Check on residents discreetly throughout the night and monitor safety.
• Update comprehensive night logs with observations and actions.
• Assist with light household tasks to keep the home running smoothly.
• Follow personalised care plans, respond promptly to disturbances, and assist with morning handovers.
