Job summary

Medivet Group is seeking a Night Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) in Greater London to support nurses and vets with in-patient care and procedures. You will work an average of 42 hours per week on a rolling 2 weekly pattern of 7 nights on and 7 nights off, with full support from a qualified RVN and Vet Surgeon.

You will deliver exceptional client and patient care, remain calm under pressure, and be part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Strong client care skills and passion for pet welfare.
• Able to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and learn new procedures.
• Must be over 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients and support surgeries and procedures.
• Provide patient monitoring and daily care to pets (walking, toileting, feeding).

Job description

As a Night Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) you will support the nurse and vets with in-patient procedures and pet care delivering exceptional care always there to our clients, patients, and colleagues. You will work an average of 42 hours per week on a rolling 2 weekly shift pattern of 7 nights on and 7 nights off. You will be fully supported by a Qualified RVN and Vet Surgeon.
