Job summary

Medivet Group seeks a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) to support nurses and vets with in-patient care and procedures, delivering exceptional care to clients and patients.

You will be part of a friendly team with training and development opportunities, and you may work some weekends and bank holidays to suit business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality client care preferred.
• Able to prioritise, remain calm under pressure, flexible and eager to learn.
• Passion for caring for pets and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients, supporting surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards.
• Deliver patient monitoring and care to pets, including walking, toileting and feeding.

Job description

As a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) you will support the nurse and vets with in-patient procedures and pet care delivering exceptional care always there to our clients, patients, and colleagues.This role will also include some weekend and bank holiday working as required based on business needs.
