Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a Transport Shift Manager for a 4 on/4 off night shift (6:30pm–6:30am) at our Market Drayton depot. You will lead Transport Supervisors, manage fleet availability and ensure service levels for customers, while controlling costs and driving improvements.

You will develop the team, schedule drivers and agency cover, monitor safety and regulatory compliance, and participate in monthly reviews with customers to uphold Culina’s standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Transport & Logistics industry.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage resource planning and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Manage Depot Transport staff to execute Traffic plans and meet service levels.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance spending and defect monitoring to reduce costs.
• Ensure fleet is available and declared for planning purposes.
