Qualifications

• Experience in a transport/FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of transport legislation.
• Knowledge of driver management software.
• Experience supervising/managing a team and driving performance.
• Experience with disciplinary/grievance procedures.
• Able to manage conflict and problem solve.
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 depot.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night operation for Bridgwater, directing and planning activities to meet customer demand.
• Monitor and drive performance of drivers and transport staff while ensuring legal and company compliance.
• Brief and de-brief drivers at shift start/end; communicate requirements and company news.
