XPO is seeking a Night Transport Supervisor for our Swindon site. You will coordinate night-time transport operations, manage driver rostering, and liaise with stakeholders to meet service targets.

The role runs Monday to Friday with shift patterns and benefits including pension and discounts. The position requires strong communication and organisational skills, with experience in transport operations and proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate transport operations on site and with customers.
• Liaise with line management to optimise vehicle utilisation and control costs.
• Ensure drivers comply with working time regulations and investigate incidents.
