Job summary

Culina Logistics in the West of England is seeking a Transport Operations Support to provide general administration to the Transport Department. The role supports driver debriefs, timesheet checks, POD handling and delivery note processing.

You will work nights 19:00–03:30 on a 5 on/2 off pattern, with strong IT skills (MS Office) and the ability to prioritise under pressure. The package includes extensive benefits and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise work load to meet deadlines.
• Computer literate, MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Debrief drivers.
• Check all timesheets and PODs for accuracy.
• Scan and store PODs in the document system.
• Prepare drivers' wallets and issue delivery notes.
• Print despatch notes and replenish papers.
• Answer telephone and handle enquiries.
• Communicate ETAs to Customer Services.
• Update spreadsheets (changes, run summaries, etc.).
• Depart loads using the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensure uplifts are dispatched in correct loads.
