Vita Student is seeking a night-time Customer Service Assistant in Manchester to deliver exceptional service and hands-on facilities support overnight. You will maintain a safe, welcoming environment and handle guest interactions with a proactive approach.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts from Sunday to Saturday and includes responsibilities such as parcel management, incident response, and maintaining high standards across the residence during nighttime hours.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in hospitality, accommodation, retail or similar.
• Hands-on and proactive in maintaining clean, safe spaces with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a range of digital systems to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional reception for residents, guests and visitors.
• Build positive relationships with residents and visitors.
• Respond confidently to enquiries, offering guidance and practical support.
• Take ownership of challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Manage and organise parcel deliveries for smooth collection.
• Act as first point of contact for incidents, emergencies or welfare concerns.
