Job summary

The Salvation Army in Denbighshire is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Support Worker-Nights to join the STEP Project, supporting families and individuals in temporary accommodation across Rhyl and surrounding sites.

You will work evening and night shifts, delivering meaningful activities, helping residents improve wellbeing and build positive routines. DBS checks and right-to-work requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication and IT skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings and nights as required.

Responsibilities

• Work with families and single people in temporary emergency accommodation across Rhyl sites.
• Deliver meaningful activities and coproduction opportunities to engender structure and purpose.
• Adhere to DBS and Home Office Right to Work requirements and promote equality in the workplace.
