What you'll be doing:

• Enjoy the quiet buzz of the late hours? Join our team and keep the hotel running smoothly while the world sleeps.
• Welcome late-arriving guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, ensuring everything is organized for the morning team.
• Assist guests with requests during the night, such as room service or extra pillows.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby and public areas.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks.
• Coordinate with the early morning team for a seamless shift handover.
