Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services is recruiting for an experienced Night Team Leader to organise, coordinate and oversee a cleaning services team at the GSK Ware site. You will deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning, ensuring staff follow task schedules and safety procedures with on‑the‑job training as needed.

The role requires strong management skills, clear communication with internal teams and a professional, independent approach to daily operations, with the opportunity to lead

Responsibilities

• Management of the cleaning team, performance reviews, sick leave etc.
• Ensure the cleaning work is in compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures, rules and guidelines
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary
• Support with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate
• Full leadership of the cleaning function and the delivery of a professional service aligned to contractual service level agreements

ROLE: Night Team Leader

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 11pm - 7am

POSITION: Site Based, no travel

LOCATION: GSK - Ware - SG12 0DJ

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services are recruiting for an experienced and driven Team Leader to organise, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of a cleaning services team across the site.

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.

Main duties:

• Management of the cleaning team, performance reviews, sick leave etc.
• Ensure thecleaning work is in compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures, rules and guidelines,
