Job Description

As our next Night Team Leader, you…

Provide guidance and support to the team, supervising hotel operations during the night shift.

Undertake night audits and corridor checks to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.

Be an autonomous and passionate individual, confident in all aspects of guest relations, including recognizing and attending to guests with special needs.

Maintain strong working relationships and communicate effectively with all departments, ensuring seamless coordination between night and day teams.

Our hotel features 356 rooms, located close to London Heathrow Airport, with a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a large outdoor parking area.

Fluency in English is required to best serve our guests.
