Job summary

Hollybank Trust is seeking Night Support Workers for Poplars in Mirfield to provide compassionate, person-centred care during night shifts. You’ll help residents with daily living, monitor wellbeing, and complete accurate records in a supportive team.

The role emphasises dignity, independence, and immediate response to needs, with comprehensive induction and ongoing training. Experience in care is helpful, but attitude and willingness to learn are valued above all.

The Role

As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.
