Job summary

Kedleston Road in Derby is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live life their way. You will support independence, deliver person-centred care and help with daily activities while following clear care plans to ensure safety and consistency.

Kedleston Road is a 4-bed supported living service supporting adult males with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including markets, charity shops, garden centres and church events, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected. About the Role As a Support Worker, you'll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way. You'll:

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
