Job summary

The Wallich in Swansea is seeking a dedicated night-time worker to provide a proactive presence at Dinas Fechan hostel, supporting residents aged 18 and over and ensuring a safe, calm environment during the night shift.

You will respond to disturbances, emergencies and housing management tasks in line with procedures, manage lone-working arrangements and coordinate out-of-hours resources; enhanced DBS is required.

• Provide a proactive night-time presence to promote quiet and peaceful occupation of residents/visitors at the Swansea Dinas Fechan hostel.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies and housing management tasks in accordance with procedure.
• Assist with lone-working and arrangement of out-of-hours resources.
