Job summary

Voyage Care in Bedworth is seeking a compassionate Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our residential service, Ingleby House. You will help residents gain more independence, assist with daily living, and work as part of a supportive team.

Typical shifts are 9:30pm–7:30am. The role offers enhanced pay for evenings/weekends, overtime rates, and access to benefits including Wagestream, Blue Light Card, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Hands-on support with independence and daily living activities.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience with individuals needing enhanced support, including distress, mental health or trauma.

Responsibilities

• Help residents gain more independence in daily life.
• Work with a dynamic team to support residents at Ingleby House Bedworth.
• Assist with personal care and encourage community access and activities.
