You will work shifts including evenings and sleep-ins, and you’ll follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and DBS checks. Applicants should be resilient, flexible, and capable of providing compassionate care to individuals with varied needs, including mental health conditions and trauma histories.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience supporting individuals with enhanced needs, including mental health and trauma history.

Responsibilities

• Work within a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
• Follow care plans and DBS/reference checks as required.
