Job summary

Two Saints is seeking a compassionate Night Worker for our Bournemouth service. This full-time role (42 hours, 4 on 4 off) involves supporting adults and care leavers to build confidence and essential life skills through positive interactions.

The role requires safeguarding knowledge, effective teamwork, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. You will contribute to a supportive, values-driven environment, helping clients recognise strengths and plan for future steps.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest and concern for homelessness and related issues.
• Ability to positively contribute to a team.
• Deal promptly and effectively with crises in a calm manner.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-based support to clients to help build confidence and essential life skills.
• Support adults and care leavers to foster independence and resilience.
• Follow safeguarding policies and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Assist clients in achieving goals through guidance and empowerment.
