Job summary

Two Saints in Bournemouth is seeking a compassionate Night Worker to join our night shift team. You will work full time (42 hours) on a 4-on/4-off pattern, providing support to adults and care leavers to build confidence and essential life skills.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, adherence to policies, and a collaborative, supportive team environment. Night workers contribute to empowering residents to achieve their goals through respectful, empowering interactions.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest and concern for homelessness and related issues.
• Ability to positively contribute to a team.
• Deal promptly and effectively with challenging situations/crises in a calm manner.
• Strong communication skills, clear verbal and written English.
