Dignus Group is hiring a Support Worker in Coventry to assist adults with complex needs in achieving greater independence and personal goals. You will follow individual care plans and risk assessments, delivering person-centred support tailored to each person.

This 24/7 service operates on a rota (4 days out of 7, 10pm–7am). Full funded training and recognised qualifications support career progression within the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs.
• Caring, calm and person-centred approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop in care.
• Ability to work across shifts and maintain records.

Aufgaben

• Support daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping.
• Help individuals develop life skills and confidence.
• Assist access to community activities and appointments.
• Encourage independence and informed decision-making.
• Support tenancy and home environment.
• Complete accurate daily records and support documentation.
• Collaborate with social workers, families and wider networks.
• Support transitions between services and new admissions.
• Respond calmly to incidents, risks and emergencies.
