Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking dedicated support workers for two part-time night shifts per week in Newbury. The role involves promoting independence for adults with learning disabilities, staying in the home during nights (10:00 PM–6:00 AM), and providing responsive support while remaining flexible for weekends.

Full training is provided, with NVQ Level 2 opportunities. Applicants must be able to attend daytime meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by us).

• Training provided with opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities during night shifts to promote independence.
