Shaw healthcare’s Ashfield House in Northamptonshire is seeking a compassionate individual to join our 40-bed care home. The role offers 30 hours per week with shifts from 20:00 to 08:00, salary £13.57 per hour, and full training with ongoing support and development opportunities.

No prior experience required; values and caring approach matter most as you help residents with daily living and form part of a supportive team in a person-centred environment.

Ashfield House is a 40 bed residential care home for older people who are physically frail and for those with dementia, care can be arranged for long term or respite situations. A purpose-built care home designed to facilitate the provision of high quality, person-centred care.
