About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide care to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, supporting their recovery pathways towards leading valued and fulfilled lives.
• Conduct ward rounds, analyze behaviors, adapt care plans, update records, and assist with personal hygiene as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude, showing compassion, resilience, and vigilance in a challenging environment, with rewarding outcomes.

The working hours are 30 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Location

Nursery Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, part of our learning disability and autism division supporting individuals with moderate learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.
