Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Housing Night Concierge for two vacancies in Bath and Trowbridge. The role is permanent, with a 4-on, 4-off rota and shifts from 4pm to 2am. Bath position offers a £14.70 hourly rate; annualized UK salary around £20,128, with the Trowbridge post at about £18,347.

You will work in a lone-working environment, assisting residents and handling security duties. Full training and induction are provided to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous work in either a night concierge, social housing or care setting in a lone working capacity.
• Experience in a security‑related background will also be considered.
• Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
• Experience in a similar overnight role is preferred but not required as full training and induction will be provided.

Job Title

Housing Night Concierge (2x vacancies)

Pay

£14.70 per hour. Annual salaries calculated on the working hours below are £18,347 (Trowbridge) and £20,128 (Bath)

Hours

Trowbridge: 24 hours per week. Days and hours to be agreed, between the hours of 4pm-2am

Bath: 7.5 hours a day, on a 4 on 4 off rota, between the hours of 4pm - 2am (specific start/finish times to be agreed)
