Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our Beechlands Care Home in Leicester. The role runs 8pm–8am on a full-time basis across a 7-day week, with ongoing training and career progression opportunities. You will support residents with daily living, provide companionship and help maintain their comfort and dignity.

We offer a fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme. Prior experience is helpful but not essential as training is provided.

• Willingness to learn and engage with training provided by the team.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the best possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and personal care.
• Support residents with meals and activities to promote independence.
• Help residents prepare for bedtime and ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
• Collaborate with professionals to implement individual care plans.
