Job summary

Prime Life are seeking caring Night Support Workers to join our team. The role is based at St Oggs, Morton, Lincolnshire, serving 21 residents with a range of needs. We offer full or part-time hours with regular night shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care worker is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to maintain quality of life and provide emotional and practical support.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living decisions.
• Support residents to participate in activities and maintain independence.
