Home Group is seeking a compassionate night-shift support worker to help individuals with complex needs live more independently. You will coordinate our Support Workers, deliver person-centred plans and balance safeguarding, admin and meetings while managing caseloads.

You will support customers with daily tasks such as budgeting, cooking and attending appointments, working with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower them, and help prepare for a move-on into the community.

Qualifications

• Passion and experience in supporting others in a care setting.
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
• Ability to work on your own initiative, stay calm under pressure and be resilient.

Responsabilités

• Take overnight responsibility to keep services running.
• Lead support planning and coordinate Support Workers.
• Balance safeguarding, admin and meetings while managing caseloads.
• Support customers with budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
• Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower customers.
• Help customers build independence and prepare for move-on.
