Holiday Inn Farnborough is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee the Front Desk and assist with Night Audit. You will ensure guest well‑being, handle requests, and coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain service standards.

The role requires flexibility to work night shifts, a proactive approach, and strong communication to deliver brand standards and create a smooth overnight operation.

£13.46 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Do you have strong background in a branded hotel working in afront of house or reception team?

Can you deliver brand standards anytime of the day?

The Night supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit.

With knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services you can dealing with all guest’s requests. This maybe additional room amenities or delivering room service.

This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of ateam is essential
