Job summary

Network Plus group is seeking a Night Supervisor for the North West depot. You will oversee daily operations, liaise with the Regional Manager, and drive KPI performance while ensuring a safe, profitable depot.

You will supervise operatives, ensure 12D paperwork, perform site checks, and manage audits and the admin team, maintaining strong client relationships and training across staff.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D, 002, 010.
• Lantra LTMO or TSCO.
• Full clean driving license.
• Experience reading and relaying information on Utility Drawings.
• Experience using CAD to generate TM drawings.
• Auditing experience or training qualifications an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day activities in the depot and liaise with the Regional Manager to meet client KPI targets.
• Supervise operatives to maintain high work standards and ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure 12D paperwork is completed and returned to the relevant department.
• Conduct site checks and maintain daily vehicle checks and defect logging.
• Coordinate site audits with LRQA compliance and manage the admin/customer service team.
• Support recruitment and training within the depot and maintain client relationships.
• Deliver compliance briefs and contribute to monthly team briefings.

Description

Night Supervisor - North West As a Night Supervisor, you will oversee all day-to-day activities in the depot liaising directly with the Regional Manager to ensure all client KPI's are met and the depot functions in a profitable, safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all operatives to ensure a high standard of work is maintained
• Ensure all 12D paperwork is completed legibly and returned to the relevant department.
• Perform site specific checks on all site set ups that have been carried out that week to ensure safety and compliance
• Responsible for daily form checks on Vehicle Locks, Vehicle Checks and defects
• Ensure the completion of a site audit per team per month, working with the Operations Manager to ensure LRQA compliance
• Ensure 24/7 call out service is always available via the Rota system already agreed
• Deliver team compliance briefs with the Operations Manager; also providing input for the Monthly / Bimonthly Team Brief for Support Services Manager
• Manage the administration / customer service team
• Ensure the depot remains compliant with customer KPI's
• Work closely with the Operations team to recruit staff and ensuring all members of staff receive the appropriate training
• Client site visits and complete site surveys
• Maintain a good working relationship with all clients
