Job summary

Go Traffic Management is seeking a Night Supervisor for the North West depot. You’ll oversee daily operations, liaise with the Regional Manager, and ensure client KPIs are met while maintaining safety and profitability.

The role requires management of the admin team, site checks, and coordination with Operations on staffing and training to keep the depot compliant and service levels high.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12A–D qualifications (12A, 12B, 12C, 12D) are preferred.
• Lantra LTMO or TSCO qualification preferred.
• Full clean driving license required.
• Experience reading and relaying information on utility drawings.
• Experience using CAD to generate TM drawings.
• Auditing experience or training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operatives to maintain high work standards.
• Ensure all 12D paperwork is completed and returned to the relevant department.
• Perform site-specific safety and compliance checks on weekly site setups.
• Oversee daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
• Coordinate monthly site audits with Operations Manager for LRQA compliance.
• Maintain 24/7 call-out availability via the rota system.
• Deliver compliance briefs with Operations Manager and assist with team briefings.
• Manage the administration and customer service team.
• Ensure depot compliance with client KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations to recruit staff and train members.
• Conduct client site visits and surveys.
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Night Supervisor - North West

As a Night Supervisor, you will oversee all day‑to‑day activities in the depot liaising directly with the Regional Manager to ensure all client KPI’s are met and the depot functions in a profitable, safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all operatives to ensure a high standard of work is maintained
• Ensure all 12D paperwork is completed legibly and returned to the relevant department.
• Perform site specific checks on all site set ups that have been carried out that week to ensure safety and compliance
• Responsible for daily form checks on Vehicle Locks, Vehicle Checks and defects
• Ensure the completion of a site audit per team per month, working with the Operations Manager to ensure LRQA compliance
• Ensure 24/7 call out service is always available via the Rota system already agreed
• Deliver team compliance briefs with the Operations Manager; also providing input for the Monthly / Bimonthly Team Brief for Support Services Manager
• Manage the administration / customer service team
• Ensure the depot remains compliant with customer KPI’s
• Work closely with the Operations team to recruit staff and ensuring all members of staff receive the appropriate training
• Client site visits and complete site surveys
• Maintain a good working relationship with all clients

Experience and Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D, 002, 010
• Preferably Lantra LTMO or TSCO
• Full clean driving license
• Experience in reading and relaying information on Utility Drawings
• Experience using CAD to generate TM drawings
• Auditing experience or training qualifications an advantage
