Go Traffic Management Limited (GTM) Ltd in Worsley, North West, is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee depot operations and drive KPI achievement while maintaining safety and profitability.

You will coordinate with the Regional Manager, supervise operatives, manage admin staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across site activities. A strong focus on teamwork and client relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D, 002, 010.
• Lantra LTMO or TSCO preferred.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience reading and relaying information on Utility Drawings.
• Experience using CAD to generate TM drawings.
• Auditing experience or training qualifications advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all operatives to ensure a high standard of work is maintained.
• Ensure all 12D paperwork is completed legibly and returned to the relevant department.
• Perform site specific checks on all site set ups that have been carried out that week to ensure safety and compliance.
• Responsible for daily form checks on Vehicle Locks, Vehicle Checks and defects.
• Ensure the completion of a site audit per team per month, working with the Operations Manager to ensure LRQA compliance.
• Ensure 24/7 call out service is always available via the Rota system already agreed.
• Deliver team compliance briefs with the Operations Manager; also providing input for the Monthly / Bimonthly Team Brief for Support Services Manager.
• Manage the administration / customer service team.
• Ensure the depot remains compliant with customer KPI’s.
• Work closely with the Operations team to recruit staff and ensuring all members of staff receive the appropriate training.
• Client site visits and complete site surveys
• Maintain a good working relationship with all clients
