Go Traffic Management Limited in Worsley (North West) is seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee depot operations, supervise operatives, ensure safety and KPI targets are met, and liaise with the Regional Manager.

You will be responsible for paperwork, site checks, vehicle checks, LRQA compliance, 24/7 call-out coordination, staff training, and developing strong client relationships while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D, 002, 010 qualifications required.
• Lantra LTMO or TSCO preferred.
• A full clean driving licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all operatives to maintain a high standard of work.
• Ensure all 12D paperwork is completed legibly and returned to the relevant department.
• Perform site-specific checks on all site set ups to ensure safety and compliance.
• Responsible for daily form checks on Vehicle Locks, Vehicle Checks and defects.
• Ensure completion of a site audit per team per month, coordinating with Operations Manager for LRQA compliance.
• Maintain 24/7 call out service via the Rota system; assist with team briefs for monthly/bimonthly reviews.
• Manage the administration / customer service team.
• Ensure the depot remains compliant with customer KPI’s.
• Collaborate with Operations to recruit staff and ensure training for all team members.
• Conduct client site visits and complete site surveys.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all clients.

Description

Night Supervisor - North West

As a Night Supervisor, you will oversee all day-to-day activities in the depot liaising directly with the Regional Manager to ensure all client KPI’s are met and the depot functions in a profitable, safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all operatives to ensure a high standard of work is maintained
• Ensure all 12D paperwork is completed legibly and returned to the relevant department.
• Perform site specific checks on all site set ups that have been carried out that week to ensure safety and compliance
• Responsible for daily form checks on Vehicle Locks, Vehicle Checks and defects
• Ensure the completion of a site audit per team per month, working with the Operations Manager to ensure LRQA compliance
• Ensure 24/7 call out service is always available via the Rota system already agreedDeliver team compliance briefs with the Operations Manager; also providing input for the Monthly / Bimonthly Team Brief for Support Services Manager
• Manage the administration / customer service team
• Ensure the depot remains compliant with customer KPI’s
• Work closely with the Operations team to recruit staff and ensuring all members of staff receive the appropriate training
• Client site visits and complete site surveys
• Maintain a good working relationship with all clients

Experience and Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D, 002, 010
• Preferably Lantra LTMO or TSCO
• Full clean driving license
• Experience in reading and relaying information on Utility Drawings
• Experience using CAD to generate TM drawings
• Auditing experience or training qualifications an advantage
