Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting a Night Supervisor for a coastal resort in Hayling Island, Portsmouth. You will lead the overnight operation, ensuring safety and delivering an exceptional guest experience, while supervising the night team and handling late check-ins.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Night Supervisor, Night Porter or similar hotel role.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for guest service.
• The confidence to make decisions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight operation, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and safely throughout the night.
• Inspire and support the night team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Welcome guests, oversee late check-ins and early departures, and handle guest enquiries.
• Carry out security checks and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Resolve guest issues confidently and professionally.
• Complete the night audit and overnight reporting accurately.
• Ensure public areas remain clean, presentable and guest-ready.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day\'s operations.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain exceptional service standards.

What we're looking for
