Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests during overnight hours.
• Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries.
• Carry out security checks and monitor access points.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle telephone calls, reservations, and administrative duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas.
• Complete overnight reports and accurately record incidents.
• Prepare facilities for the following day’s operations.
• Follow health and safety procedures and support emergency responses when required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Relief Night Porter - Flexible Hours & Weekly Pay in Brockenhurst, New Forest

Earn £14.24 per hour including holiday pay with opportunities for ongoing work.

We're looking for a Relief Night Porter to join our temporary hospitality team in Brockenhurst, New Forest. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous hospitality, customer service, or security experience who enjoys working independently and delivering exceptional guest service. With flexible shifts available across Brockenhurst, New Forest and surrounding areas, this role offers variety and the chance to gain valuable experience within the hospitality industry.
