Job summary

Holiday Inn Southampton-Eastleigh is seeking a Night Supervisor to manage Front Desk operations and support Night Audit. You will ensure brand standards are met and guest requests are handled promptly, with flexibility to adapt on shift.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to preparing the hotel for the day ahead. Competitive rate of £13.46 per hour for 40 hours across 5 days in Eastleigh.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in branded hotels.
• Understanding and delivering brand standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication required.
• Ability to work on night shifts and adapt to shift patterns.
• Knowledge of Night Audit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the Front Desk and support Night Audit.
• Deliver brand standards at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and room amenities.

The Night supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit.
With knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services you can dealing with all guest’s requests. This maybe additional room amenities or delivering room service.
This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is essential
