Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Yateley is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to deliver partner-led service and passion for food. Nights attract a premium of £3.75 per hour from 22:00–06:00, with additional enhancements for enrolled Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.

Roles start at 18+ and include a part-time schedule from 20:00–07:00 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Pay is £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.25 after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place at the right time.
• Fulfilling online orders ready for our drivers to deliver to customers' doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns on sell-by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team to support checkout, Click & Collect, on-demand orders, and more.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
